Registration Cancelation & Refund Policy
Online registration for the DG Installation Luncheon will close at midnight CST on Monday June 4, 2018. To cancel a reservation prior to June 4, 2018, send an email message to District Registrar Doug Lowe at dougmarcylowe@aol.com and state the reason for your cancelation. You paid online by credit card, and you will receive a refund in the amount you paid less a $3.00 administration fee. For cancelations after June 4, 2018, send email to Doug Lowe at dougmarcylowe@aol.com. There will be no refund. Registrants who have paid online prior to June 4, fail to cancel, AND never arrive at the event will receive no refund. Cancelations due to emergencies are excepted.”
