All levels must be completed by May 1, 2026
Level 1 - Visit the Rotary Brand Center and use the logo template to create a white version of your Club Masterbrand logo. Why: A clear, consistent logo helps your Club stand out and builds credibility. Submit here.
Level 2 - Log into the Rotary Learning Center or download the new Learning Center App, "Rotary Learn" and take a Public Image course (such as "Public Image Essentials" or "Building Rotary’s Public Image"). Why: Knowledge is power! Gain foundational skills to confidently promote your Club. Download your certificate and submit here.
Level 3 - Submit two stories about your Club’s impact (projects, events, or members) for inclusion in the District Newsletter and on District social media.

Level 4 - Submit a photo and name of a new Club member using the Submit a New Member tool. Why: Welcoming new Rotarians publicly builds momentum and shows your Club is thriving. Submit a Member.
Level 5 - Use the People of Action template in the Rotary Brand Center or the People of Action app to create an image featuring your Club members in action, and submit a short story about the project. Why: This campaign connects the Rotary brand with real-life service and strengthens public awareness. Submit here.
Level 6 - Create a press release about a recent or upcoming Club project that is worthy of community recognition and media attention. Use the media contact list to submit to media! Why: Local media coverage expands your reach, boosts your reputation, and attracts new members. Submit here.
Level 7 - Enter Service Project at SERVICE PROJECT CENTER. Include a photo, volunteer hours, funding and goal reached! Must be logged into My Rotary to add a Service Project for your Club. Submit the link to your project here.
