Rotary Club Plans Service Fair

The Rotary Club of Taylor plans to put its motto, “Service Above Self,” into action to celebrate its 100^th anniversary.

Stage #1 of DAP Grant Complete

Leonard McGowan Receives PHF

The presentation of Paul Harris Fellow (PHF) Recognition is The Rotary Foundation’s way of expressing its appreciation for a substantial contribution to its humanitarian and educational programs. It is named for founder Paul Harris, a Chicago Lawyer who began Rotary International with three business associates in 1905.

Rotary E-Club of Central Texas Gives Away Trees

Rotary E-Club of Central Texas gave away 520 Virginia Pine Tree seedlings as an effort to help save our world. Club members gave Virginia Pine seedlings to anyone who would care for them at locations in Austin and Bastrop.

Bastrop County Club Donates to Feed Hungry Kids

One out of four children in Bastrop County goes hungry according to the Bastrop County Emergency Food Pantry. So the Rotary Club of Bastrop County is donating $2000 to help feed them.

Austin-Southwest Rotary Rises Early to Help Fight Hunger

Although 6:45am rolls around early to arrive to help at El Buen Samaritano Food Pantry, members of the Austin-Southwest Rotary saw clients’ cars already in line waiting for the parking lot grocery box delivery to open at 8:00am.
