For nearly 20 years, Larry Baird has exemplified Rotary's motto of Service Above Self, and since joining the Texas Ramp Project in 2012, Larry has dedicated countless hours to improving lives—one wheelchair ramp at a time. Leading volunteers from the Rotary Club of Georgetown and Retirees in Action, Larry has helped lead the construction of more than 600 wheelchair ramps, providing safety, independence, and dignity to individuals throughout our community. His dedication and leadership have also earned him the role of Williamson County Regional Coordinator for the Texas Ramp Project.
The Rotary E-Club of Central Texas presented Rotarian Madea Badio with an International Service Award. She was the facilitator for a global grant in Liberia.
