The Rotary Club of Austin put up these hero signs at our three EAFK sponsored elementary schools in Austin ( Pecan Springs, Dawson, Hart) to remind the teachers that we know they are essential workers and that we value the important work they are doing for our kids.
We know this is a stressful situation them managing live and virtual learning while keeping them, their students and their families safe. We also took them Valentine treats to remind them that they are loved and that even though we can’t be with them right now Rotary is always there to support them.
