Corsicana Rotary Club President Ignacio Vazquez presented scholarships to two high school students. Kaitlyn Kincaide from Corsicana High School and Kolten Chapman from Mildred High School. Both received a $3000 scholarship. The funds we raise from our flag program support these scholarships.
