Monday, 14 December was absolutely a spectacular evening with 16 Killeen Heights Rotary Club members and 6 guests for a total of 22 participants caroling at the Rosewood Retirement Community for the 37 residents from 6:00pm to 7:00pm.
The Rosewood residents all watched and listened with enthusiasm and joy from inside the building while we sang a medley of Christmas songs outside with our masks. Lead guitarists included our very own Bill Phillips and Joe Merlo.
Additionally, a total of 17 packets of Christmas cards were delivered to the Rosewood for the 37 residents for a total of 629 Christmas cards - this is absolutely amazing.
Everyone that participated brought their Christmas holiday spirit, enthusiasm and joyous energy.
