The Rotary Club of Caldwell Club President, Andrew Peters (Caldwell ISD Superintendent) was was chosen as the Texas A&M College of Education Human Development and Good Neighbor Partnerships Excellence in Action award winner.
Each year, the award recognized outstanding district leaders who support education preparation positively impact educator policies and practices, and engage with various education & human developmetn programs.
