Educates members in recruitment of new members, orienting them to the ways of Rotary, sees about needs of members and member retention. Conduct classification surveys to detect under-served classifications. Develop a membership action plan to improve member satisfaction. Conduct club assessments to ensure that membership development and retention efforts succeed.
