Austin Cosmo's global grant, "The Bibliobus" has finally hit the road to provide books and internet access to communities in rural Madagascar! The grant, completed in partnership with the Rotary Club of Tsimbaroa, and generously supported by the District and its amazing clubs will make quite the impact.
